Starlifter and the enormous C-5A Galaxy perform their missions around the
globe.

Airlift Rodeo: There is no better test of the transport plane then the annual
Airlift Rodeo competition.  Join us at Pope Air Force base as we witness
transport crews from around the world competing to see who’s the best in
military airlift.  From precision cargo drops to paratroop missions, it’s all tested
at Airlift Rodeo.

Desert Express:  The real test of airlift came in 1990 during Operation Desert
Shield.  Come aboard a giant C-5A Galaxy transport aircraft as it delivers its
precious cargo of men and equipment to remote bases in the deserts of Saudi
Arabia.
